MJ's Yoga Class Types & Schedule

Please arrive on time for class or you will be locked out
Monday 6pm Hot 70- 90mins with Sarah Brown
Tuesday 6pm Hot 70-90mins with MJ Monnier
Wednesday 6pm Hot 70-90mins with MJ Monnier
Thursday 6pm Hot 70-90mins with MJ Monnier
Sunday 4pm Hot 70-90mins with Sarah Brown
Yoga Pump Saturday 11am-12pm with MJ Monnier
Yoga Pump lasts one hour and each client needs to bring there on weights. 2lbs-5lbs. It's an additional program if you are on the unlimited yoga session the pump class is only $ 40 for unlimited Saturdays at 11am-12pm. Otherwise the class is a $17 walk in fee.
Sessions Summer , Fall and Winter:
Summer Session 3 Monday August 9th-Friday September 10th
Fall Session 1: Monday September 13th-Sunday October 17th
Fall Session 2: Monday October 25th-Sunday December 12th
(Closed Thanksgiving weekend)
( Unlimited Session is $110)
Winter Session 3: Monday January 3rd-Sunday February 6th
* If you come in the middle of a session to get any package it will roll into the next session .
